Nossa estadia não foi muito agradável nesse hotel. A começar pela recepção. A falta de internet não deixou que o atendente nos dissesse qual seria o nosso quarto. Ficamos esperando por volta de 1h30 e mesmo assim fomos colocados em um quarto aleatório, e correndo o risco de termos que sair, caso ele já estivesse reservado para outro hóspede. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado e nem frigobar. O café da manhã também foi outra decepção. Quando chegamos ao refeitório, praticamente não mais alimento algum. Só havia pão de queijo. Uma quantidade ínfima de ovos mexidos. Sem condições. Por essa nossa experiência que tivemos, infelizmente, não recomendo.

Hospedagem muito boa, se precisar voltar novamente é pra lá que vou. Única coisa que não achei legal foi o atendimento por telefone, não me atendeu quando ligava e o retorno via mensagen muito demorado e vago as respostas. Tem que melhorar isso.

Estivemos nesse Domingo no hotel (27.06.23) a torneira do banheiro não funcionava, não foi providenciado o reparo, saímos a tarde e chegamos quase de madrugada e nada de torneira, menos mal que o atendente da noite providenciou outro quarto; além disso ter que pagar pelo cobertor tamém foi ruim, surreal! Não indico a ninguém o hotel

Razoável! Pelo preço deveria ser melhor. Tem bom atendimento e limoeza, mas o quarto e bem simples e nao tem ar condicionado nem frigobar (o anúncio dizia que tinha), propaganda enganosa! Mas vomo so queria dormir e não estava quente deixei de lado. O café da manha e simples tambme, mas e aceitavel. O estacionamento e grátis ate 8h da manhã, após isso.precisa retirar o carro pq o local e de uma clínica que em acordo fornece o serviço ao hotel. Existem 4 vagas na frente do hotel que são do hotel e se vc der sorte pode pegar uma delas. Na média é razoável, mas eu esperava mais.

Não voltaria.

Descobri no dia do check-in que o quarto não tinha ar condicionado. Ao argumentar com a recepcionista ela me disse que era normal esse tipo de reclamação, que isso era um erro do site e que as pessoas acabavam trocando de quarto no ato do check in. Para trocar de quarto ela me disse que a DIÁRIA aumentaria R$ 20,00. Acho que fui enganado pela propaganda do site. Recebi uma pessoa por 30 minutos no meu quarto e o hotel me cobrou R$ 50,00. O café não é muito atrativo, mas a limpeza do ambiente sim.

O hotel não fornece nota fiscal, me informaram que seria enviada por e-mail apenas no checkout e ainda não recebi. Quando cheguei o vaso do meu quarto estava sujo, não tinha toalha de rosto e cobertor. A funcionária da limpeza era bem simpática e logo resolveu o problema. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem, porém se ficar muitos dias enjoa, pois é sempre igual.

Estresse e desconforto

As informações do aplicativo hotéis.com não condiziam com a realidade do hotel e isso nos causou desconforto e estresse pois tivemos que ficar muito tempo na espera por uma solução . E também não houve ajuda com as malas já que o hotel não oferece elevador e o quarto era no 3 andar, ficou mais estressante ainda .

Hotel caro para o serviço oferecido. A cama é ruim, o quarto não possui frigobar, o café da manhã é precário. Só fiquei neste hotel por outros em questão estarem cheios. Primeiro e última vez. Uma pena pois a estrutura e localização são boas.
