Alles sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Spabereich alles was das Herz begehrt. Rundum ein tolles Hotel.
Einen kleine Kritikpunkt hab ich doch, beim Frühstück fehlten mir kleine Tischmülleimer, man weis nicht so richtig wohin mit dem Müll.

Permanentes, intermittierendes Brummen aus der Wand zwischen mindestens den Zimmern 207 und 209 sowie 307 und 309 wurde von der Hotelleitung ignoriert. Ich musste mit meiner Matraze auf dem Flur des Zimmers schlafen

Vi havde hund med, så værelset var udstyret med mad og cand skål, samt godbidder til hunden.
Morgenmadbuffet var super lækker.

Vi bokade hotellet när inpå vistelsen och fick ett bra mottagande i receptionen. Vi blev uppgraderade utan kostnad till ett riktigt trevligt rum med utsikt över sjön. Rent, fräscht, rymligt rum och badrum. Plus för myggdörr i balkongdörren. Frukost som innehöll det mesta med bra standard. Plus för riktig tekanna för bryggt te! Litet minus för att personalen hade lite begränsade språkkunskaper, förutom tyska.
Ein schönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell. Sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück. Fahrradverleih und Hoteleigener Strand. E gibt einen schönen Wellnessbereich und ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. Wir waren gerne da und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Unterkunft hat uns gefallen wegen der Ruhe und dem Innenpool. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass Jeder,auch Gäste die nicht zum Hotel gehören,überall Zugang haben. Auch zum Spa Bereich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war einfach super. Personal und das Zimmer waren auch sehr gut. Das ein zigste was uns nicht gefallen hat war das Essen im Hotel, leider nur 3 Möglichkeiten zur Wahl. Das fanden wir leider nicht gut. Aber sonst hatten wir 3 erholsame Tage.
Gutes, etwas verwinkeltes Hotel direkt am See. Die Zimmer zur Seeseite haben eine tollen Ausblick vom Bett. Weitläufiges und gepflegtes Saunaparadies.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist etwas zu hoch. Der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam an der Bar.
für ein Hotel aus den 2005er Jahren, war alles in einem gutem funktionellen Zustand. Die Rezeption bemerkenswert stets besetzt und die Angestellten hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. SPA und Anwendungen
soweit mitgemacht empfehlenswert. auch der Pool mit den Ruhemöglichkeiten in Ordnung.
Das Zimmer, sauber und die Ausstattung funktionell, Sanitärbereich sehr gut.
Das Essen, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche ofen und am Nachmittag konnte Kaffee und Kuchen in der Bar in ebenfalls sehr guter Qualität dazu gekauft werden.
Das Abendessen, soweit ausprobiert schmackhaft, aber nicht wie in einem Restaurant erwartet. Die Auswahl war nicht vorhanden, bzw. das Angebot innerhalb eines vier Gänge Menüs eingegrenzt.
sicher ist hier noch Luft nach oben und es wäre sicher von Vorteil, wenn neben dem Angebotenem Menü, Essen a la Kart angeboten werden würde, schon da es im Ort nur begrenzte gastronomische Möglichkeiten gibt.
sicher wäre ein kleines Angebot, 3 Gerichte eine Bereicherung. Das war jetzt nicht nur unsere Einschätzung, denn aus der Bewerbung im Internet hätte man diesen Service vorausgesetzt. Das war aber auch der einzige Mangel, wenn man es so bezeichnen möchte, was aber trotzdem angesprochen sein soll.
Das Hotel bietet auf Grund der ruhigen Lage am See eine gute Umgebung für einen entschleunigenden Kurzurlaub. Die Zimmer waren funktional und in Ordnung mit schönem Blick auf den See. Unschön war -auch wenn man das dem Hotel selbst ja nur bedingt anlasten kann- die permanente Belastung durch Raucher auf den umliegenden Balkonen, wodurch es praktisch unmöglich war, die frische Luft in das Zimmer zu lassen.
Der Wellnessbereich war groß, gut gepflegt und lud zum Verweilen ein.
Den Service würden wir differenziert beurteilen- sehr freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und auch freundlichen Reinigungskräften standen eher desinteressierte Damen und Herren im Restaurant gegenüber, die uns nach dem ersten Frühstück von den vorher beabsichtigten Abendmenüs abschreckten, zumal auch die Auswahl und Präsentation des Frühstückangebotes mit anderen vergleichbaren Häusern nur sehr eingeschränkt mithalten konnte
