"Gorgeous property . 99/100 My only small complaint was the maintenance man had to come to stop the water from recirculating in the bathroom but he was there within 5 minutes and it was fixed Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast, lobby was stunning, staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make things simple for the guests. As an American we are told that Europeans aren’t always the friendliest - this is simply not the case - the people of Budapest and the hotel staff did everything they could to inform you about the city and the best places to visit etc … from what I was told Johnny Depp was actually at the hotel on Tuesday . It was a great time and I would highly recommend rebooking"

"First and foremost the front desk was extremely helpful as we arrived super early and they allowed us to check in after our long flight. That in itself made the stay wonderful. Secondly the location couldn’t be better. It was right in the middle of all the excitement and very central on the Pest side of town. But if anyone is looking for quiet and calm, this should not be your choice. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is visiting Budapest for a few days and want to explore and experience the city."

"The concierge were super helpful and amazing Breakfast was wonderful The people who cleaned the room didn’t take dirty dishes out They were loud banging doors super loud. Some of the guest are jet lagged and trying to rest Also why do maintenance on the pools on a Sunday was not smart out last day there we could not use the facilities"

"The staff were really accommodating. When we checked out , they looked after our cases all day. They booked us a taxi which unfortunately was cancelled , due to the city being busy. The guy on reception made sire we caught our bus and even took our cases to the tram stop, otherwise we would of missed our coach , to which I am very grateful for and would like to say a big THANK YOU !!!"

"The breakfast was so standard, extremely underwhelming for such a nice hotel chain and for such a nice breakfast location. The hotel staff were somewhat inconsiderate, knocking loudly at 9am for cleaning, disregarding the fact that people may be asleep at this time. They were also extremely stingy with the shower gel and things like toilet rolls. These are basics, and for a 5 star hotel this is very substandard and will not be booking here again. This is a hyped hotel. Not worth it. I'd recommend booking elsewhere."
