Man muss einen Online check in machen, bei dem man wieder bezahlen soll, obwohl alles schon vorab bezahlt war, darum ewige hin- und herschreiberei mit dem Hotel. Dann endlich am Anreisetag ein Link, mit dem man in das Zimmer kommen kann. Muss aber trotzdem noch in einem anderen Link einen Check in machen .... "Das Resort war sehr schön. Es war von der Unhöflichkeit des Personals überschattet, vor allem bei der Dame an der Rezeption, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keinerlei Serviceorientierung. Auch im Restaurant war Freundlichkeit ein Fremdwort. Schade, denn das Ambiente versprach eigentlich mehr."
