"The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

"Pathetic management. No confirmation on room reservation/receipt. I booked Luxury Suite via Expedia but was provided with a normal room upon check-in since luxury suite was "not available" even after reservation."
