「An excellent hotel staff treatment from arriving to check out The hotel is in a peaceful quiet area where you can relax after a flight or a journey since it's near pristina airport also breakfast was very good served in or outdoor in a very nice nature. 「This hotel is not hygenic. Bed was not clean (found people’s pubes). Shower was clogged and filled up and leaked throughout the bathroom. Outside the hotel smells like sewage.」

Parking place seem to be too small. No lift in the building. No clothes or towel hangers in the room. Super small bin. 」
