"The room was excellent the location excellent the building excellent. There was no information in the room. I booked understanding it was a hotel but there were no hotel services, no towels changed no beds made up no room cleaned. Could have been perfect but missed the mark."

"This is a party venue first and foremost. It is a hotel only incidentally. It is only one level, immediately above the noisy party. Complaining to the front desk doesn’t help: supposedly the party venue is under separate management. Stay only if you are hard of hearing."

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Es gab keine info vor Anreise über die Schlüsselübergabe, erst auf Anfrage habe ich diese erhalten. Das ist etwas schade. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen im polnischen Hinterland. "10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!"
