"The to floor room had beautiful views, which was main factor of us choosing the hotel, but the half of apartment was under angled ceilings and we kept hitting our heads over it, couldn't even sit at the dinning table without bending in order to sit at the chair and not hit our head. Other then that was great we had a great time in Zakopane."

"The owner was very nice and always responded in a timely manner. I was not aware that bathroom was outside of the room but I had no problems with it. She was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I came back. The towels and bedding smelled so good and everything was clean. There is a kitchen downstairs and is open to all residents."

"Very nice property, well maintained, we had the best room on water overlooking an island, even at storm we felt safe, its well built from steel. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, variety of choices, everything fresh and delicious. Staff very polite, friendly, helpful! Dinners at on side restaurant were really good! Will be definitely back next time. If you want peace and relaxation this is a great choice on the beautiful lake."

"The property is brand new, super sleek, construction. Modern – mountain vibes… The room was very clean, and super comfortable bed. The general manager, Andrej, was maybe the best host of this entire trip. Thanks, again, Andrej! The city is beautiful, and this hotel/property matches it, perfectly. We highly recommend it!"

"We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! The beds are comfortable, however we found the pillows to be quite soft. The hotel is quiet with great sleep quality. The water pressure is excellent and a nice shower space. WiFi is excellent with fast streaming available. There is currently construction taking place on the new wing at the front of the hotel; but asides from cranes viewable from the pools, it’s a necessary evil for their continued growth and expansion. Therma Bania is amazing. Swim up bars; various spaces and utterly gorgeous. It is really hard to get a lounger at weekends and I don’t know how they can manage it, but it’s quite a stressful experience when you just want to find somewhere to leave your stuff so you can get in the pool. The restaurant food was quality and tasty, however it would be good to see more options for vegans and vegetarians as this was very limited. The photos don’t do this hotel justice; I nearly booked another hotel in Zakopane as I thought the rooms look dated, they’re not, it’s just bad promotional material! We will certainly be returning and have already recommended to a number of friends."

"Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast, but those dinners - great....and exceptionally reasonable. Locals were eating there, not just guests and hours were great. Location is central."
