「We had a fantastic stay at the rising sun, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with a stunning view, great amenities in the room and the option of the pub and restaurant downstairs! Would highly recommend.」

「I like the location being not right in a town but a short distance of drive from places such as Bibury and Cirencester. The room is on the small side but sufficient for our purpose. The inn faces an open ground with tables for drinkers and a creek which gave a good mix of environment. The rate was super reasonable which made me initially thought that breakfast was not included and turned out to be inclusive. We ate dinner one night and the food was incredible. 「The rooms were clean...with amenities like coffee tea facilities, hairdryer, lots of charging points and even the shared bathrooms were clean and big and comfortable to use. The cooked breakfast choices was good and included in the budget friendly price. The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to townhall and bus stop. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean budget friendly accomodation in Chipping Camden. 」

「A last minute booking at this small out of the way historic inn. It was busy at the bar where we checked in so a short wait. Room was basic but well appointed, bed super comfy, shower was hot, tea and coffee in room. Self serve continental breakfast in a dining room was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and beautifully presented. Set in a small town with adjoining farmland. Close the Hampton Court Castle and gardens.」

「Beautiful property and views. Lovely room and great service with a setting to die for. It was such a hot weekend so unfortunately there were just fans in the rooms, no air con, which was a shame but understandable for the age of the property and the garden was a bit plagued with wasps which the staff did their best to keep at bay as we ate a beautiful meal outside and had breakfast outside the next day which was delicious. Great location for exploring the Cotswolds.」
