「The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The building was clean and pretty. Only thing was the people upstairs walk so heavy that it woke us but other then that it was a perfect stay!」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「We were assigned a room on the first floor because we are handicapped. Although the hotel rooms are ALL nonsmoking, the room REEKED of cigarettes. We were then moved to a very acceptable room but it was on the second floor - with no elevator. The desk clerk helped to carry our luggage upstairs. All was well until check out, when we had to carry things downstairs. 」

「The check-in process was terrible....no one was there and there was no one in site. Doors were closed and we wandered around trying to find someone. The room was extremely dirty with no toilet paper and no towels. There was no cable tv. There were dirty dishes in the strainer and in the dishwasher. The sponge was moldy. The room overlooked junk and neighbors that had stuff everywhere. The entrance to the place was near the garbage. Not a good experience!」
