"This was without a doubt our favorite stay in Switzerland. Sunstar Hotel in Grindelwald is simply amazing—the views, the atmosphere, the service, and the location are all outstanding. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the hotel itself has a warm, inviting charm. But what truly took our breath away was the view from our room. Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait to return. "The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to restaurants and gondolas. Our room was fantastic: a spacious duplex with 1.5 bathrooms and a stunning view, which made our stay both fun and comfortable. However, the elevator and hallway were quite narrow, which made it a bit tricky to maneuver our stroller and luggage. As for breakfast, it was decent, though nothing particularly memorable."

"The hotel is only a couple of minutes of walk from Grindelwald train station. Our room is like a studio apartment, having a kitchen and a huge balcony with table and chairs set up for the guest to enjoy some sun and the mountain view. The included buffet breakfast has a lot of selections. Overall we are very happy with our stay here and will not hesitate to come back! "

"Easy access to and from the train station and central to being able to get access to experience First. The staff was absolutely lovely. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive options. Additionally, the hotel restaurant options for dinner with very good. The indoor pool/whirlpool is large and very clean. "
