「The worst experience ever, don’t book here if you looking for a place the you can secure, first thing when I walk in the room bed was not properly fitted so i knew someone used when i walk in the bathroom was pop in the toilet. I spoke with the receptionist and tell her that I want the room to be clean and she ask me for a minute to find someone to clean it, when I came back they clean the toilet but keep the bed in the same condition. I had another room reserved and that room smells like...

「They ran out of bath soaps. The lady said they ordered the supplies but don’t know when it will come. In this case they should have arranged some soaps for customers. Secondly, the carpet in one room was torn and a nail was out and pinched to my daughter’s foot, but the lady just apologized and offered a mat to put over it. We booked room for 5 peoples and for the rollover bed they were charging extra charges. Overall the stay was not pleasant, the receptionist was just apologizing with a tone...

「The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered.」
