It is typical Alaska. Beautiful and remote. There is a local IGA grocery store but the prices are a little steep. I would suggest a grocery run in Anchorage prior to the trip

Amazing view but lodge a bit dated
"Have great view. Took some Aurora photos. But the premier lodge a bit dated. Beds sheet got stains. The table, bathroom toilet bowl were dirty."
