"The desert sands was perfect for our stay. The property looks a bit dated from outside but is very nice inside. It is very spacious and well furnished. The bed is comfortable. Overall it is hard to fault the accommodation. "

"Everything was clean and the place was very quiet at night.I was there alone and I did feel safe.I had a great experience besides the weather. In my opinion the tent rental should not be an option if the weather is expected to be at 35 degrees.I was wearing three layers of clothing and a wind breaker jacket, I got plenty of blankets and even a sleeping bag but due to the extreme cold could not sleep. The host was very communicative."

"I have kayaked from Lees Ferry before but drove from Page, it was so nice to be right up the road from Lees Ferry the morning of our kayake excursion. Loved the surrounding area, the beds were very comfortable. The only dislike was that there wasn't a small refrigerator we could keep our drinks in for the next day so they would be cold. With temps in 80's to 90's that was needed. Overall though would definitely stay again and next time for longer. "
