"The room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. The only negative would be the sound proofing is not good. You hear every step taken by the people above you. I would suggest booking the 3rd floor to avoid noise..at least above your head. Not much sound proofing of the door and hallway either. Still, it was a clean and comfortable room. "

"Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was great. The one thing that would have made this stay better is if there had been protein offered at breakfast. There were waffles, bagels, cold cereal, toast, etc. Just wish there had been eggs, or yogurt, or some kind of protein."

"Good location but that was it. Pool closed despite being advertised as being open from March 1st Andy’s arriving on April 4th, no advance warning of this. With 2 young boys with us this was deciding factor in booking this particular hotel, had we been notified prior to our stay we would have cancelled our booking. Check in was appalling, very slow and staff on reception lacked customer service skills. They said they would pass our feedback on to the manager and someone would be in touch, we have heard nothing. Breakfast was very poor, despite 2 members of staff working hard to restock, there just wasn’t enough food out to cope with the volume of guests but they knew how many people had checked in so this shouldn’t have come as a surprise! The space was too small and the lines for waffles and the toaster took ages. We didn’t bother with breakfast on our second day. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, if we were returning to the area we wouldn’t bother to stay here again. "

"Staff definitely is not happy to be at work. I came from LA area and expected to be welcomed more, without rolling eyes or phrases “OMG” on my request to get a receipt of my purchase at the lobby area. The room was clean. "

"Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes. We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you want a view. The breakfast was fine, but the staff working the breakfast room were very friendly and good at their jobs. "
