This was our favorite stay in New Zealand. Comfortable house in the cute town of Twizel with lots of dining options, two grocery stores, amazing stars, and convenient to Mt Cook. The house is in a neighborhood so a bit tricky to find at night, but very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a good set up for a family. My only suggestions would be to add lamps (why do New Zealanders hate bedside lamps??) and maybe a few DVDs (after a long day of hiking, would have been nice to watch a family movie!). Overall we loved it - and eat at Mint Folk & Co in town if you can!

Room was very neglected and furniture was way passed used by date, cracked imitation leather, dirty ... couldnt have cuppa cos jug was tainting the water, been burnt or something, disgusting.
