The room was sizeable and clean with all of the amenities that I needed for my stay. Staff knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness was greatly appreciated, the food was amazing on the 2 nights we ate there, congratulations to the chefs. Buffet breakfast was awesome. I would just paint the carpark lines in something other than faded red. Otherwise highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at this particular Premier Inn. Last year, I stayed at the one closer to Glasgow Central. This location was a bit of a walk from that train station, but once I checked in, I found the nearby pub had some great food selections, and then a nearby supermarket was a short walk to pick up snacks. The next day when I explored Glasgow, I got on the nearby subway station, which was less than 10 minute walk away. I tried the buffet breakfast one day, I think it was decent for one time, typical english breakfast choices. The room was nice and big and overall was great.

The room was very clean and nice. However, the location wasn't the greatest. It'd take some time to get anywhere, and there weren't many restaurants around.

The room and bathroom were very clean. It was also very dark and quiet, which was great! The only complaint I have is the location. It doesn't have a ton of restaurants around, and it's a bit far away from everything else too.

Staff staff staff

We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.

While my room was very clean, the carpeting in the hallways was dirty. Ick. I was sure breakfast was included but it wasn't.
