"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "We had an absolutely brilliant stay for two nights half board in a side seaview top double room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were amazing. Very quiet at this time of the year and had the Indoor Pool and Sauna to ourselves! We recommend this Hotel highly."
