「Good location, very comfy bed, overall clean, pots were not clean and had food residue on them. No parking included and not highlighted on booking, this was about £10.80 a day and a 5-10 minute walk away. 」

It’s non-refundable apartment that means we have no choice & have to pay for it. They should list out what we should pay in advance not after booking. 」

「The Nutshell is a lovely little place, perfect for a stay in Whitby. Great location close to the harbour and town centre. Very clean and everything you need, hob, oven and all crockery and utensils. Nice feel to the place, makes you feel like you’re at the seaside. Great communication with the owners. Would 100% stay again. I was there for a week and had a wonderful time.」
