"Room was spotless each day. Nice terrace with spectacular views of mountains. Staff were very helpful from start to finish. Helpful with all queries - including lift pass and rentals etc. Breakfast is delightful each morning. Option of late checkout is great. Location couldn’t be any better - 1 min walk to main gondola with convenient ski room for storage. "

"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

"My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored. For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking."
