"The bathroom needs renovations. I also had to ask for the water to be fixed twice as there was no hot water unfortunatel. Housekeeping could be better too as the room wasn’t cleaned very well. However staff were really nice and friendly. Especially the waiters, front of house and drivers. "

"Location location, Physically closest to pyramids , Ask for Tawfik for pyramid tour 11000% recommend. He bargained for us to get everything at Egyptian price not tourist prices. Aya at front desk was so kind, Chef Sayed with true Egyptian hospitality. Our drivers Muhammad and Omar were great as well. We stayed for 3 days but will be back again n definitely stay with these guys again. "
