"We have stayed here before and the manager Dubi as always put himself out to cater for our every need (unlike the staff of Hotels.com.)The hotel was full but the staff were happy to put themselves out. "The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "

Breakfast - great, as I usually find in Israeli hotels. Room cleanliness - very good. Staff at the desk - also great. Security - again, great. This is the only hotel that I know of in Hadera. I am ambivalent about staying there again."
