「Staff was excellent, building was in a fantastic location, Babayaga next door was a great spot for a quick bite. Only downside was the price but seemed on par with everything else on the island, so with that said I’d take this over some of the other offerings all things considered.」

「We loved the location in the heart of Bellagio and the pool area was the highlight. Check in was reasonably friendly but we had communication issues about the restricted garage height despite letting them know ahead of time we had a roof box. The flat was not in the main building and was a 5th floor walk up. One person in our party struggled with the stairs. It would have been nice to mention this at booking. 「We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to.」

「The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.」
