「Excellent staff. Very friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The room had a little bit of a stale odor when we entered but nothing lysol spray couldn't fix. It was clean and the ac worked fine. Breakfast was basic which was fine. I would recommend this hotel.」

「I've stayed at alternative properties in Parsons, KS and this is by far the cleanest and best location if you're looking for a restful night's sleep. The reception was welcoming and personable, even remembering my name at check out. Breakfast was hot and well stocked.」

「Room was clean, staff was very friendly and it was pet friendly. Beds were ok. It appeared as if it was being redone there were mattress in the dining room boards piled outside. Paint on the bathroom floor. Toilet would not flush during the night no water to it. Worked in the morning.」

「When I first checked in my wife found a needle behind the toilet on the floor that had something still in it the place was full of drug users an didn't feel safe staying there at all as we was about to leave the cops showed up two doors down over drugs an you can plainly see where the door has been kicked in more than once the lock didn't work at all 」

「We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours.
