「Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. 」

「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「The staff is really kind and helpful. The room is extremely clean and tidy. The instruction and the restaurant he recommended is excellent. Everything is perfect. However, you should be careful that they don't have an escalator and you have to walk up for the stairs.」

「La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. Nos cobraron a parte unas...

「優點：價格合理，房間乾淨有空調，浴室寬敞，免費上網，路旁免費停車，還有小廚房可以簡單煮食，適合自駕旅遊的旅客。 缺點：蚊子太多，離市區有點遠，房東英文不太好。 Advantage: Reasonable pricing, clean room with air-conditioning and spacious bathroom, free wifi, free street parking, with mini kitchen to cook simple food. Really good for traveling with a car. Disadvantage: Too many mosquitos. A little bit far from downtown.」

「鄰近車站，走路不遠。這裡沒有電梯，飯店在三樓。公寓裡的電梯，飯店並不能使用。 由民宅改建，很有當地風格。一個小公寓空間被隔成三間，只有一個狹窄的走廊，其實隔音效果不太好，並且蠻可能遇到別的旅客。 必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。 房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。」
