Such a gorgeous place, shaded by towering napa palms and lovely garden. Staff were exemplary, great service, individual attention, nothing too much trouble. The home-cooked food was the best I had in Vietnam, and plentiful. The sunset river cruises are wonderful: the rooms were distinctive, lovely and quiet. Pool very pretty and peaceful, aircon in the rooms was excellent. Loved having a mojito every night beside the river. Went for bikes rides (free bike use) through the prettiest, greenest paths and villages. Getting there and back not a problem - easy bus trip from Saigon. No room for improvement - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Possibly the accomodation i have most enjoyed in 40 years of travel. The host, Khoa, speaks excellent English and French, and is organised, attentive and makes everything so relaxed. If I go back to Vietnam, it will be to stay at Mekong Home again.

Perfect escape from Saigon's bustle!
We had a great experience at Mekong Home, the relaxing setting, the beautiful design and careful attention to detail (cleanliness, wi-fi performance great, ...), the relaxed, friendly and helpful team. Food was good, understand that it is "fresh from the market" (better pre-order), but suggest to develop 1-2 more options and write it on a small menu.

Great high quality home-stay
Wonderful stay at a great hotel in a fabulous part of Vietnam. The staff woked hard to make sure we had a great time and they succeeded; they arranged trips, allowed us to help with food preparation and were very helpful and attentive. Perfect place for a 2 or 3 night stay with some wonderful things to do (we really enjoyed a boat trip and borrowing the hotel's bikes and scooters to explore the fabulous Mekong area. A really great place to stay.

Wonderful place to experience the Mekong Delta
We had a great two-days here. The place is a wonderful oasis surrounded by rivers, canals, coconut plantations and orchards. The owners and staff here create a family-like atmosphere, serving you high-quality homemade food which the region is famous for, the same food they themselves eat. All the staff, especially one man named Kiet and the main cook, went out of their way to be helpful, in a very friendly and non-intrusive way. Our children got to experience local life, see exotic plants and fruits, bike through the countryside including Snail Island (Cồn Ốc). The facilities are well-built and well-kept. We definitely will return and highly recommend this home-stay.

Heavenly place by the river
This is one of the best places I've stayed at in Vietnam. The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The setting is amazingly quiet and peaceful. The staff is adorable and Van Anh went out of her way to help us with activities and onward travel plans. We had dinner there all three nights and had something new and delicious every time. We felt spoiled. If you want a special experience in the Mekong Delta, authentic and low-key but confortable and well-detailed, this is your place!

A very well-kept, super beautiful and perfectly located on the river. The personaö and the boss himself take great care of every guest and try everything to give the guests a perfect stay. The breakfast and dinner are really great, every evening a changing menu is put together. We stayed there for 4 nights and can really recommend the Mekong Home to everyone! The boss also took care of our arrival and departure. At any time we would spend our vacation here again, many thanks to the entire team!!

Amazing place, overpriced food
A wonderful place, cozy, green, inviting. It is quite difficult to find and food is extremely overpriced. 2 to 3 times as in the big cities such as Hanoi and Saigon. Unfortunately there are no alternatives around the place. Besides that everything is of highest quality: friendly service and a very clean place. I recommend it for a short stay as the area is just amazing.

Es hat meine Erwarrungen total übertroffen. Unglaubliche nettes Personal/famuly und wunderschöne, tropische Anlage. Alles sehr persönlich, das Essen top! Auch das man Fahrräder kostenlos nehmen kann und die Umgebung auf eigene Faust entdecken kann, super! Zwei Ausflüge können gebucht werden. Ich habe beide genacht, unvergesslich, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Unique experience, outstanding service!
We found Mekong Home by coincidence online, we were intrigued by the photos, and instantly amazed when we got there. The pictures did not prove wrong. We arrived from the river side by boat from Can Tho, which just made it even more authentic. Small cosy huts and beautifully chosen interiors. MH served fantastic local food at good prices, and all in very unique and welcoming surroundings with brilliant service. Interesting and exciting local tours to explore the Mekong, and our host Mrs Van Anh even offered assistance with our travel to HCMC. We were a bit sad to be leaving after just one night. Only good things to say about this place. Thank you!!

Charmant petit hôtel familial. Au bout d'un petit chemin étroit, on découvre un petit coin de paradis. L'hôtel est situé au bord du Mékong. Excursion possible en bateau depuis l'hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

Aito ja lämminhenkinen homestay 10km päässä Ben Trayn keskustasta. Huoneet uusia ja pelkistettyjä, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy: siisti wc ja suihku, hyvä sänky ja riippumatto pihalla. Isäntäväki todella ystävällistä ja puhuu todella hyvää englantia. Heidän kauttaan järjestyy myös kuljetukset ja retket lähialueelle. Vieressä ei ole juuri muita ravintoloita mutta ruoka Mekong Homessa on taivaallisen hyvää!

大好きな場所
ベンチェの街からは離れていますが、とても静かでメコンデルタの自然をのんびりと感じられます。 スタッフのみなさんはみんな親切で優しく、夜ご飯はバインセオの作り方をおしえてくれ、一緒に作ったりと子どもにもとてもいい経験が出来ます。 ミトーにも観光に行くつもりでしたがハンモックでゆっくりしたり、川を眺めながらビールや新鮮なココナッツジュースを飲んだり、一日中ゆっくり過ごしました。 サンセットの時間にはボートツアーのオプションがあったり、大満足な滞在になりました。 また訪れたいです。

Nous cherchions un endroit authentique, au cœur du delta... mekong home est l'endroit parfait! Idéal pour partir à la decouverte des environs: vélo, scooter, bateau, marché local... la famille tenant l’établissement est adorable et accueillante. Les repas servis sont délicieux et variés. Les chambres sont un mélange entre moderne et tradition, et sont décorées avec goût. Nous recommandons vivement cet etablissement, surtout si vous êtes à la recherche d’un endroit hors des sentiers touristiques!

Magnifique : le meilleur moyen de découvrir le delta du Mekong et les alentours de Ben Tré. L'accueil est irréprochable. La cuisine est extraordinaire et le cadre merveilleux. Little gem in the Mekong Delta
We stayed 2 nights at Mekong Home and loved our stay there! The images are accurate and our bungalow was clean, very nice decorated and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The staff there was amazing and we felt like home: they took the time to discuss with us and were very kind. We had meals with them and the food was local and delicious. It is truly great to get in a such quit and beautiful place - highly recommended if you look for a real Mekong experience out of the tourists paths. You can borrow the bicycles and go around the villages and see the real side of Vietnam.

Nous finalement restés 3 nuits alors que nous avions réservé pour une nuit. Un endroit extraordinaire au bord de la riviére ,dans un village non loin de Ban Tree. Jolis bungalows super confortables, au milieu des palmiers.Les chambres sont meublée avec goût. Les propriétaires, 2 couples de frère et sœurs et leurs conjoint sont d'une gentillesse extrême, ils rendront votre séjour encore plus agréable. Les repas préparés par la belle sœur sont incroyablement bons et vous permettront de goûter les spécialités du Delta. Vélos à dispo, tâble d'hôte, ... Pour conclure, un top
