"This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked ..."
