"The property is great but the area isn’t. It’s convenient for the train station but unsafe to walk around at night or so I was told. It’s apparently in the red light district."

"It's a basic airport hotel. It's clean. The rooms are basic, but certainly servicable for what it is. It could use updating, but it's well kept, the breakfast is good and the shuttle is reliable and convenient."

"We arrived early and although the room was ready, they charged us an “Early check-in Fee”. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in and checked in earlier that did that. It involved no effort on their behalf e.g. expediting room cleaning, so it is just a shameless money grab. Check the other FRA hotels first to see if they have this fee if you’re arriving earlier before booking here. "
