"Property is a bit tired, but not awful. Bed was clean, A/C worked well. Plenty of hot water. Shower worked good. Sufficient for me on a motorcycle ride up north. Not the Ritz, but got the job done."

"The Good: Hotel breakfast was pretty nice for a continental breakfast. The location was right in center of downtown Keene.
The Bad: It's an old building and there were folks jumping and running upstairs that woke us up at 12am, it lasted for a long time. I think the summer weekends are really busy and can be loud with foot traffic and noise. The rooms are old and need a facelift soon."
