「We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this motel. We arrived at 3:00 p.m., which was check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait. When we were finally told we could go into the room, we were shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made it even more unpleasant. 「The Good: Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special, but still good. I’d like to steal the pillows from my room. It was very clean. The room itself was good for the most part. Staff were just fine. The Bad: The pool was closed the whole weekend. I booked the hotel for the pool and paid extra so we’d have a hotel with a pool. The door in my room kept getting caught on the hinge thing above the door causing it to get stuck sometimes. You could see the damage on the door.」
