「Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them」

「Doreen was so helpful, charming and kind. It’s more than a 5star. Magnificent Views, we were able to walk the property, support staff were all 10/10. Definitely a must visit」

「There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night.」
