"Pretty fancy place. Be nice for a getaway with the wife. Beautiful views. Wish there were tvs in your rooms though for bed time relaxing"

"The room was very clean. There was no staff but a phone number to contact someone for problems. Breakfast was ok but ran out of food at 0900. The biggest issue we had was the settling of the wood in the rooms. The noise was so loud and sudden it would wake us throughout the night. Not sure what else it could have been. Nice private jacuzzi which we wish we used and several deer roaming around outside."

"This is a no frills stay, didnt pay much, didnt expect much. There was no staff on property at anytime that I saw. There was a sign that the office was closed and a number to call if needed. They are either going through a renovation or the property is just a mess. The fridge in my room didnt work, nor did the microwave. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows really sucked. Sure, I'd stay here again because its cheap and everything in Winthrop is way over priced."

"The design is impeccable and by a famous architect - Olson Kundig. We enjoyed every detail of the building and how close it is to nature. Such a tranquil moment sitting on the patio looking out to the vast grassland and nearby mountains. Shower and bathroom are remote. Walking to them is easy. Food option is limited and you can’t cook, so come prepared with food. There is fridge and microwave in the hut."
