Algunos fallos

Esta bien ubicado no queda lejos del centro y para los que odian el ruido de coches bastante tranquilo aunque se oye bien lo hacen los huespedes de al lado. Hubo bastante lio ya que no encontraron mi reserva confirmada. Asi que temia que me quedo sin habitacion. Por suerte hubo otra doble vacia. Pero esa habitacion tenia las camas separadas y yo habia reservado una matrimonial. Ahora tengo que comprobar que no me la han cobrado dos veces. La limpieza puede ser mejor y fallan muchos detalles. No hay ni un gancho para colgar algo ni siquiera un vasito de plastico para lavarte los dientes. Ya que hay dos camas separadas faltan luces individuales en cada cama pero la habitacion solamente tenia la gran luz del techo. Para una noche aceptable pero cuidando und poco los detalles podria valer su precio. La gente agradable en ese sentido ningun problema

VERGONZOSO

El trato del personal es correcto. Hasta ahí todo lo bueno que puedo decir del negocio. La cama se hundía por el centro, la persiana no bajaba del todo, y la correrá estaba sucia. El baño no tenía rollo de papel, sino "clinex" con dispensador, las paredes tenían moho!! Daba asco! La ropa de cama estaba con agujeros de quemaduras, los muebles tenían marcas. Pese a la prohibición de fumar. También había un cartel donde prohibían expresamente comer en la sierra habitaciones (cosa no sé si legal), pero tenían un cartel para pedir pizza a la habitación de una pizzería cercana (suena tan rato como era). Pero lo peor de todo es que apagaron la calefacción ambas noches, con lo que la habitación se quedaba gélida, hasta el punto de haber enfermado y tener faringitis un día después. No volveré y no lo recomiendo a nadie!! Las dos estrellas que tiene no las merece!!

Scam! No room, but they still charged my card

HORRIBLE. I booked with hotels.com and when I got to Hostal Verdemar they told me they didn't have a room for me! The staff were very unhelpful. I told them my credit card has already been charged, so they said they will email hotels.com. My credit card was still charged, so I emailed the hostel and they NEVER replied. I've been scammed!!

Horrible

Horrible, la habitación olía a humedad, faltaba una bombilla de una lámpara de pared (de 3 sólo funcionaban 2), había un ruido muy molesto de un tic-tac en un cajetín eléctrico, sólo tenía una mesilla de noche, la cisterna del baño se atascaba, la cortina del baño tenía moho, se escuchan a los demás huéspedes hasta parpadear... lo único bueno fue la atención de la chica de recepción, por lo demás, este hostal es un completo desastre.
