"Well located hotel. I thought it lacked a little luxury and finesse for it's 4 stars. I appreciated the idea of the market place on floor 2, but would prefer a staffed bar with full range of drinks, not just beer, wine or gin and tonic. More choice is required if this is the way forward. No upgrade to room offered, although expected it with Expedia. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"

"Great location. Right across from the central train station. Also close to other public transportation. Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was very courteous and professional. The gym was adequately equipped. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
