I stayed less than 24 hours although booked for 5 nights - returned home due to out of control dog on property and owners not prepared to confine it during my stay to protect my safety. I was spoken to rudely by one of the owners when I requested assurance.

Great place to relax. No breakfast offered Very clean and neat. All the comforts of home. Includes TV Microwave, kettle, DVD player, aircon and seperate toilet. Definitely would go to Lakeview lodge again. Chris.

If ur lookin for a Get Away, keep going!

Had 2 night stay @ 'Damview' as respite break from caring for my wife who is living with dementia. Very basic facilities for the price, no WiFi available in the room, predominant background noise was from flight path to Perth Airport, requests for a coffee plunger, improved WiFi basically ignored.

Loved the accommodation.

Would definitely recommend to others, room was immaculate. Bed so comfortable very peaceful. Owners very friendly advised us of some places to visit. We loved our stay thanks.

Lovely location, very comfortable rooms

While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the Lodge we found the location very pretty and peaceful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, very spacey with everything you could need for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely.

Loose dirt walkway to room, inadequate lighting to see your way trying to drag bags through dirt not much fun and then being yelled at to turn lights of car off as we could not see where we were walking, not the most welcoming gesture! Then no hot water for showers! 2nd night had hot water but if you have any sort of walking disability would not recommend!

Highly recommended.

Great hosts, scrumptious breakfast, large friendly lounge... Would be good for any time of year, a cosy winter stay, or as we did, a "Hill Station" get away from Perth during a sweltering summers day.

Stunning location

Lovely country Lodge

Beautiful surroundings in a quiet bushland setting with a lovely lake view. Wonderful friendly owners who were very attentive. Great breakfast cooked by the owners.

Perth Hills motel, 20 minutes from Swan Valley

A very enjoyable stay – thank you to Peter and Robyn. Good sized, well presented room, despite some aircraft take-off noise. A real flavour of the Perth Hills. It may be worth updating the website so guests can get good driving directions to the property.

A quiet getaway.

The room was good for a quiet getaway. Also had the best breakfast eaten on our whole holiday. We also turned up early and were still shown to our room without a problem.

Excellent place for a romantic destrassing place

My g.r and I had a very enjoyable nite at the lakeview lodge after stress full week of family drama is recommend it any time its very soothing and peace full and the breakfast is a amazing and the management are very friendly we plan to stay there again

Quiet country retreat, yet so close to Perth!

Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful, with a wonderful view over the lake. Owners are very attentive. Breakfasts were wonderful. Room spotless. Highly recommended.

A very quiet and peaceful B & B in the Perth Hills in country WA. TV reception is good for those who like to watch but reading and walking is also enjoyable.
