「早餐豐富，員工友善。」

「A once-nice property but quite run down. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. Duct tape on the carpet in my room (425). Hallway carpets not vacuumed, lot of waste on them.」

「Shower did not work. Shower drain flooded bathroom floor. Sink didn’t drain, and room not made up or towels refreshed as they were used to mop up the flooded floor. Not exactly Hilton Honors standards.」

「Really good」

「Its not oceanside. All the photos are touched up. Much older than what photos show. Hot tub and pool are nice, we used them every day. Hot breakfast buffet was okay. Room itself was updated. Staff was nice. Best Western website say $30/ per pet/ stay. Its a franchise and they charge $30/night....overall its okay for business travelers but not nice enough for a vacation」
