「The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame. The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place. 「La propiedad es muy bonita, tiene sauna, vapor y el Desayuno es muy rico. Las personas que lo atienden son muy amables, tiene una vista muy bonita a las montañas, transporte gratuito a algunas atracciones. Es de fácil acceso y se encuentra muy cercano al centro (5 min aproximadamente) y a la estación de autobuses (3 min aproximadamente). Amé este hotel ❤️」

「The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning.
