"This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean.
The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!"

Ottima posizione, a due passi dall'Ariston e nel cuore di Sanremo. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile. Le camera non era molto spaziosa e un po' datata, ma per me era sufficiente, dato che serviva solo per dormire. Durante il soggiorno, vicino alla mia stanza c'era un anziano ospite con la TV a volume alto; ho segnalato la situazione alla reception e il personale, con grande attenzione e disponibilità, ha subito trovato una soluzione."

"This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered!
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"Guest house idéalement situé dans la rue piétonne à 50 mètres d’un parking couvert. juste à côté du théâtre ariston, la rue est très animé avec pletor de restaurants et boutique en tout genre, animation de rue etc.
L’isolation acoustique est excellente, pas un bruit de rue dans la chambre.
Confort et propreté sont de mise, accueil sympa et petit déjeuner tout fait maison ( sauf les jus de fruits) vous pourrez y aller les yeux fermés."

"Flott beliggenhet, nærme stranda. Stille og rolig på kveldene.
Utsjekk 1000 er litt tidlig, men fikk utsatt til 1100. Litt komplisert med nøkkel til port, en kode til en annen port og kode til døren. Nøkkel befinner seg på rommet, så usikker på hvordan det i praksis skal fungere ved innsjekk. Vi møtte to hyggelige gjester som slapp oss inn. Godt og kaldt kjøleskap, kaffe maskin og nok utstyr til å lage seg en enkel frokost. Totalt sett som forventet og et hyggelig og bra opphold."

Il n’y a pas de lits mais un canapé pour dormir dont le confort est moyen. Italianway se classe dans la haute qualité mais oublie de montrer ce qui est réel de l’appartement .
