"Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From arrival to departure, the service was seamless—warm, intuitive, and consistently attentive. The team anticipated our needs effortlessly, and nothing ever felt too much trouble.
While the buffet breakfast was of a good standard, the true highlight was the Friday barbecue dinner at Fire—an outstanding culinary experience. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality made the evening truly memorable.
Our room was beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking ocean view. Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation.
A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further.
