"Room was spacious and really clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choices and all fresh and well prepared. Travelled with small children and they were happy and felt safe. Staff were marvellous with them.

"Check in was a little protracted. I didn’t think I needed a detailed explanation of how to find things on the property using the map. Turns out I did as the map is somewhat confusing. Rooms are lovely, amenities for bath and different types of pillow options were a treat. My room came with “butler service” which is really nothin different than you’d get from any nicer hotel…turn down service etc. I was very disappointed that my room choice didn’t allow for the in room chef and breakfast did not come with my stay."

While the buffet breakfast was of a good standard, the true highlight was the Friday barbecue dinner at Fire—an outstanding culinary experience. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality made the evening truly memorable.
Our room was beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking ocean view. Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation.
