「Within an hour of arriving I knew I wanted to extend my stay. The hotel was clean and well located (walking along the riverfront was great in the evenings). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was changed up regularly. Would definitely consider staying again, if I find myself in Hue in the future.」

「Wunderschön gepflegte Anlage mitten im Grünen. Besonders die Zimmer im traditionellen Stil und der überragende Service sind super. Alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Frühstück hervorragend a la Card und mal kein Standard-Buffet. Lage etwas weiter entfernt vom Zentrum aber mit Taxi/Grab alles kein Problem. 」

「We had a great stay at The Orchid Premium Hotel Hue. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and very helpful. The rooms were clean and tastefully fitted out. There is a small swimming pool on the fifth floor which was great to cool down after a long day. We booked our Hue tour and our transport from Hue to Hoi An through the hotel front desk and they explained the itinerary to us and answered all our questions and concerns so we knew what to expect. 「Hardware: the hotel is classic as a colonial style, good condition and spacious. Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service. It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.」

「酒店服务很好，前台很热情的帮我们订后面行程的车。酒店的游泳池在顶楼，虽然不大，但是晚上一边游泳（一边喝酒）一边看着顺化的夜景还是很不错的。 酒店的早餐是我们本次越南之行水果品种和量最多的，我基本是水果吃到饱，我这种爱水果的实在太爽！ 最后不得不提的是酒店的床。我们订的大床房，是两张单人床拼成的，但是又没有明显的缝隙，应该宽2米，我们带着孩子，直接睡成“工”字形每个人还很多位置。」
