Outstanding place to stay. It is a beautiful house with the local Belgium style I loved. The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly and comprehensive. I will definitely come back in the future and fully recommend it.

Was asked by email what time would arrive told would be early got no answer on arrival at approx 9am could get no reply was all locked up and looked deserted not impressed!!! Had to book another hotel which was excellent.?

Convenient guest house just off the highway
Very friendly and traditional building. Practical and ultra convenient when travelling across Europe. I paid for a single room which was cozy with great tv entertainment and a well-stocked mini bar if needed. Shower/Toilet facilities where very clean. Breakfast was offered but I had too leave early.

Very clean, very friendly staff, Super breakfast for only 15 Euros, top locations ( close to tram stop and train station and highway). Perfect for a night or two with family or as a business traveller.

I highly recommend this place. great location and super clean with really friendly hosts. It was a very good place with such a big backyard. Its a nice place to chill and relax. let me also mention the free BBQ i had in this place.I travel a lot and never been to a place with this level of hospitality, so it was a unique experience. I would definitely come back again.

The stay was cosy and comfortable. David and family were very warm and friendly and we were treated like part of the family. This place has the best breakfast in Belgium! Soft breads and Chocochino! Highly recommended. Thanks to David for an awesome experience.

Ik voelde me bekocht! Voor 400€ had ik 4 dagen letterlijk slechts een bed op een kamer van 3 op 2 en dan voor 15€/dag dan ontbijt! Ik voelde me bekocht!

Le fait de partager une toilette et une douche avec les autres chambres et très décevant et il n'y avait pas de mention sur Expedia qui disait que les chanbres ne venaient pas avec une sallede bain privé et non en partage seul point néganégatif le reste était très bien

Goede ligging, maar betalend ontbijt
Mooie b&b aan de rand van Gent, vlak bij snelweg en expo. Kamer was schoon en goed formaat. Wel gedeelde badkamer, hoewel dit bij de boeking voor ons niet duidelijk was. De badkamer en toilet waren wel heel schoon, ik vermoed dat er ook geen andere gasten aanwezig waren. Ontbijt was betalend, een beetje verassend voor een b&b. Daar hebben we dan ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Er is een bakkerij/tearoom op wandelafstand. Ook handig openbaar vervoer naar Gent centrum op ongeveer 700m afatand. Algemeen ok, maar voor de prijs en het feit dat ze zich adverteren als B&B had het ontbijt erbij mogen zijn, zelfs tijdens de Gentse Feesten

Eerste keer B&B. Altijd een beetje gemeden. Maar de eigenaresse van de rosehouse is een hele lieve host. Ik zal haar en hey huis zeker in gedachte houden voor een volgende tussenstop of een dagje Gent.

Place is nice but absolutely not to recommend for a business stay. The room was really noisy and lightly, you can hear almost everything in the house and the dog was yelling a lot. Definitely not to recommend if you are looking for something quite.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice surroundings of the building. 6 minutes walk to Tram station which leaves to old town and train station. Breakfast is expensive but very very good.

Overdådig morgenmad og tæt på motorvejen
Overstrømmende vært. Lidt besværlige toilet/bad forhold. Svag belysning på værelset. Masser af TV. Desværre en voldsom brug af luftfriskere overalt Ingen elkedel på værelset- men mulighed for servering af kaffe. Virkelig stor og lækker morgenmad. Til gengæld også lidt dyr.

Mooi huisje, toffe mensen, goed ontbijt, schoon!
Heel vriendelijke mensen, fijn en aangenam. Gratis koffie en thee was er altijd beschikbaar. Mooi, schoon kamer. Bij aankomst hadden ze bbq en ik mocht er gratis bij gaat en mee eten. Zeer ruim keuze in buffet van ontbijt, kort gezegd Zeer goed.

Décevant - disappointing
Je déconseille cette jolie maison...la chambre est minuscule au rdc, juste la place de mettre un lit! pas de volets, plus de papier toilette, pas d'essui mains dans les wc. rien dans la sdb partagée à l'étage, même pas une chaise pour poser ses affaires! pas adapté pour un b&b! vraiment déçus car le prix n'est pas donné du tout!

Gezellige boerderij in kerstsfeer. Vriendelijke mensen. We hadden bewust de suite geboekt omdat die een eigen douche heeft, die was overigens echt héérlijk. De WC is gedeeld met een andere kamer, maar dat was bekend en geen probleem. Binnen 15 minuutjes met de auto in centrum Gent,
