This hotel was a delight to stay at and the main hotel desk person was friendly and kind. The spa was beautiful and a nice perk to the stay. I would stay here again if I returned to Ghent!

Gem of a hotel

The one two four hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, it is so good we stayed twice within a couple of days. The staff are lovely and so friendly, the bed is so comfy and probably one of the best beds I have ever slept in, the shower is simply amazing, it is one of the best showers I have ever had, we loved the decor in the hotel and the ceiling speakers were a amazing addition to our journey. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we next visit Ghent as it was great.

One Two Four Hotel & Spa was a wonderful surprise. Most places that tout their remodeling & renovations tend to exaggerate. One Two Four looks brand new throughout the hotel. Plus the improvements include LED lights, touch controls and motion detectors. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as the chef Ashik made presentations of waffles and egg creations that rival Michelin restaurants in Paris. The private spa is a wonderful perc. My wife and I plan on returning to One Two Four again! Highly recommended!

Brilliant stay at One Two Four Spa. We had a large double room (24) facing the Main Street. My husband and I both slept really well, bed is comfy and a very quiet area. Brilliantly located close enough to the train station and only 5 minutes to really nice eateries that are more independent and small which we much prefer to the tourist traps in the centre. Loved all the in room amenities such as lighting, heated floors and water/chocolates. We used the spa twice, brilliant little extra and super clean. The room was so clean, one of the best we’ve stayed. Ghent is also just a brilliant place to use a base, we took the train to Antwerp and Bruge. Very easy to do. Staff were friendly but we loved that check in was done beforehand and there was no need for any contact, we prefer it that way, we like to be left alone. Some extra tea bags would have been great, but that’s picky. 5 stars! We would stay again and recommend!

Beautiful hotel. Such a bonus to have the free hour in the spa. Very clean and quiet throughout. Terrace would be lovely in the summer. Room was very spacious with valentine's balloons left on the bed for us. Bed was very comfy and large. Great tech throughout, with lighting and climate settings, and coded room locks. Only negative - toilet is in a separate room from the shower, which would be fine if they had put a sink in with the toilet. Unhygienic to walk from toilet to bathroom to wash your hands

Beautiful hotel

We stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. The hotel is modern, luxurious and quiet. The room had a king sized bed, large shower and all of the controls were modern. We didn’t get to use the spa but it’s a nice perk to have. We parked overnight and the car park was secure. The staff were lovely and really helpful, letting us leave our car in the car park for longer to allow us to explore Ghent the next day. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the main attractions but the walk is flat and is a nice walk.

Wonderful boutique hotel with friendly staff

Wonderful boutique hotel, centrally located, easy walking distance to the town center. Parking is available at the hotel (opposite the entrance), just be aware that you'll need a key from reception first and don't drive a large car! The entrance is very narrow.

Not a lot of Spa …

Quite nice but understaffed and more like a B&B - naming it Hotel & Spa is exaggerated as there is a two person mini spa area which you can only use after reservation which is not communicated.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel on the outskirts of town with only a few rooms. Very quiet area around 15-20 mins walk into the main area and all tourist sites. There are many restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, well maintained and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. SMART TV with Netflix etc. Small fridge for storing small items. Lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows a two sides. Great bathroom with rain head shower. Huge super king bed. Lovely seating area in reception. Breakfast was excellent with personal service from Arshik the chef - the best pancakes I have ever seen and an amazing omelette. Parking was full however we were recommended a covered secure car park 100m away for 15 Euro la (24 hours) which was fine. Definitely a place to stay when in Ghent.

Bijzonder leuk en goed hotel. Kamer was schoon, heerlijk bed en prima sanitair. Ligging op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden, maar ook stil. Personeel bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ontbijt met volop keuze en er werd voortdurend bijgevuld. Kortom prima verblijf.
