Love love love ❤️🤗 Would stay again in a heartbeat! Great location near everything. We walked to all the sites. Owner family are so very friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful stay
It was a lovely stay. The bedroom was full of character, with original low beams so you just needed to be mindful of those when getting out of bed. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding and pillows were very soft and the room was spacious with some nice original artwork. There was a sitting room downstairs, complete with coffee machine, homemade cake etc. and an honesty bar. Breakfast was continental but lovely with homemade bread and jams and muesli, freshly squeezed orange juice etc. There was a rooftop garden which we'd have spent some time on but didn't due to the cold weather, it'd be fabulous there when it's warm outside. We would happily stay again.

Gorgeous property! The owners had thought of everything. They were in excellent contact, and a staff member met us when we arrived, showed us round, and answered questions about the property, local parking etc. Can't wait to stay again and recommend this to friends.

Centrally located to the sites in the city. Quiet area. Tasteful hotel decor. Breakfast available. Snacks and drinks after hours. Appreciated the assistance and hospitality of the owner. A walk from the train station to the hotel will take approx 40 m. If you are wheeling luggage, I advise you to take a taxi to/from the hotel. €8-10 vs a walk on cobblestones. Money well spent. ;>

A hidden gem
Really excellent stay, not sure what to expect from such a small hotel but from arrival the host was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. There is a comfortable guest lounge with tea and cake and breakfast was cooked fresh in front of us and was really tasty. Will stay here again when I return next year for sure.

Look no further! Feels like home! A must stay!!
Ganda is a MUST stay if you are visiting Gent! It is a quaint bed and breakfast one street away from the heart of the city!! There are freshly baked snacks, water, and coffee available at all times in there little saloon!! Breakfast was amazing, great selection and made to order eggs plus the BEST homemade jam!! The couple who own the property are not only friendly but attentive and kind. The room was spaceious and comfortable! Bathroom rooms are modern and have all your essential ammenities. There is no parking available at site but plenty of parking lot options close by. We had an amazing stay felt right at home and will definitely make a trip back soon!!

The best place to stay in Ghent
Book this place you won't regret it. Its basically a very high end BnB. The owners are great and the place is really nice. Much better than a boring hotel and the bed was fantastic.

Ganda Rooms was one of the very best places I’ve ever had the fortune to stay in. The owner was super friendly and helped us with everything we wanted. Room was lovely, breakfast great and the location was really close to the old town and everything we wanted to see. Highly recommended.

Nice boutique hotel
Boutique hotel within easy walk-able distance to historic center. Very helpful staff who went extra mile to make sure we had a good stay. The rooms are large and there is common space of a living room, dining room, terrace and rooftop deck so the hotel feels more like a BNB than traditional hotel.

GANDA: stylish and convenient
Our stay at Ganda was exceptional. Starting with a welcome tour of the property featuring world class art and a comfortable lounge with tea/coffee and cake included and a honesty system for other drinks and snacks in the very chic fridge! Annik and Kristof were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They gave great tips for restaurants and are friends with many of the proprietors which we felt added a personal touch. The rooms were immaculately clean and the decor chic yet functional and warm. I felt like I was staying in a friend's holiday home, so personal were the little details. Welcome sweets and the breakfasts were really good, home made fresh bread, juice and fresh fruit. Kristof is famous for his eggs! The only other place I have stayed with this level of attention to detail and personal service were the Aman resorts in Indonesia. Ganda is an exceptional boutique B&B and Annik and Kristof clearly love their marvellous city. I will return!

Warme gastvrijheid, fraai, sfeervol, hartje Gent!!
Weekendje Gent op een toplocatie en absoluut in de watten worden gelegd? Boek dit hotel!! Gelegen in smal straatje achter verrassend imposante, bijna middeleeuwse deur. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door gastvrouw Annik. Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeergelegenheid maar we werden na een korte rondleiding goed geïnformeerd over parkeermogelijkheden. Gekozen voor de Voorkaai: op korte loopafstand van hotel, niet duur, auto goed in zicht. Hotel is rustig & ruim, verse koffie, thee en lekkere versgebakken cake steeds beschikbaar, ook na uitchecken en vóór terugreis. Heel plezierig. Onze (beeld-)schone & riante suite op de bgg bleek eerder dan 15:00u beschikbaar. Modern sanitair voorzien van alles incl Rituals producten. Aansluitend aan onze suite een aparte, met glas overkapte binnentuin met sfeervol zitje, kast, stenen blad met kraan (erg mooi!) en deur naar binnenplaats. Zeer comfortabel 2-p bed. Geen beperkingen qua nachtelijke sluitingstijd; we kregen de code van de toegangsdeur van het hotel dus konden komen en gaan op elk gewenst tijdstip. Het ontbijt was perfect verzorgd. Veel keuze en kwalitatief goede (heerlijk, óók zelfgemaakte) producten. Gastheer Kristof bereidde in de ontbijtzaal persoonlijk onze eitjes. Annik & Kristof, veel dank voor een tof verblijf bij jullie en graag tot ziens! NB: Het pand is oud en een tikje gehorig, met houten centrale trap en ook kamers met houten vloeren. Tip dus voor degenen die licht slapen: neem voor de zekerheid oordopjes mee.

Superbe séjour !
Quel séjour chez Annik et Kristof ! Tout d'abord, avant d'arriver à l'hôtel, Kristof appelle pour connaître notre heure d'arrivée, toujours sympathique de se soucier du client. Ensuite, accueil chaleureux, visite des lieux, petit coin salon avec boissons chaudes/froides à disposition, dans une ambiance très chaleureuse. La chambre est magnifiquement décorée, avec goûts et attentions, l'ensemble est très propre, on en vient à chercher les défauts éventuels !!! :-) Et puis le moment est venu de dormir, sur une literie d'une grande qualité. L'un des meilleurs lits que j'ai jamais eu, et pour preuve nous avons même demandé à Kristof avant de repartir le lendemain matin l'adresse de son fournisseur pour prendre contact avec eux dans l'optique de remplacer la literie personnelle ! Seul petit bémol : pas de volets ou de stores permettant de se plonger dans le noir total ... Madame préférerait pouvoir faire la grasse matinée ... ;-) L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, nous avons pu profiter de la ville en se baladant uniquement à pieds (et pourtant, je ne suis pas un sportif dans l'âme ...), les petits plans de nos hôtes sont appréciés. Optimaal genieten in Hartje Gent
Vanaf aankomst bij het hotel wordt je ondergedompeld in gastvrijheid en luxe. Ruime kamers, heerlijk vers ontbijt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op max. 4 minuutjes lopen van hartje centrum is dit hotel een echte aanrader voor welk type stedentripje naar Gent dan ook.
