"The reception staff was exceptional. They couldn’t have been more pleasant, responsive and helpful in reapinnding to our questions and offering suggestions. The only criticism was that the rooms were a bit dark which may be due to the age of the hotel which was otherwise imoeccibly maintained. Overall, however, great stay. "
