The only criticism was that the rooms were a bit dark which may be due to the age of the hotel which was otherwise imoeccibly maintained. Overall, however, great stay. "

"Very good hotel in the heart of Ghent. The staff were very hyelpful, the newly updated room was very comfortable. Location perfect on edge of the historic centre. Room comfotable and spacious, great shower and bathroom. Very good tea and coffee. Nice to have had a sofa in the room and small table. Parking under the hotel is convenient and safe. Breakfast was perfect, a buffet with everything you would hope for."

"Our stay was great and we were right in the middle of old town which made it super convenient to walk everywhere and take in the sites and enjoy all of the various restaurants near by. "

"Hotel was clean, quiet and very hospitable. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with a payment issue that we had. Breakfast was plentiful with good hot and cold options. Family room was very big and comfortable. Parking excellent just outside the entrance. Would recommend and stay again when next in Gent."

"Very clean and in cinvenuent place in the centre. I am oeronally not fond of carpets due to allergy but they were very clean without dusty environment surface so it was perfect. Room was smaller than in the past and without two single beds as i requested. This was strange to me but i could do nothing. Price was also 12% higher to past. But in general i am very satisfied."
