The hot tub water was cold 2 out of 3 of the days, but speaking with staff it was fixed for the final night & was lovely & warm. "Very helpful staff all round. Margaret took time to speak with us and made our 35th marriage anniversary special by sending us a surprise cake. The premises was great and cannot be faulted.
