「No main restaurant open, not told before we arrived only roof top bar with limited options for food . Parking a nightmare, limited spaces round hotel. Staff need extra training in customer care . Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.」

「Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「Despite several hiccups during our 7 night stay, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is super clean and they have a nice aromatic scent throughout the lobby that you can actually smell even before you get into the building. The breakfast buffet is amazing. 「Door opens directly on a major highway--it was the noisiest place I have ever slept. My husband's room had an ant infestation in the bathroom. I booked a room for 3 people and it had only 1 king bed for all of them.」
