"Great location on the beach. We booked a family room. Upstairs bed was very old and you could feel the springs. Bathroom is super tiny with very small bathtub. You can sit on the toilet, take a shower and wash your hands. Also very outdated. Kitchen is outdated and needs a new microwave/oven. We did not use it, it was so disgusting. "The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. "We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home.
