"There wasnt a bar. Their wasn't a microwave or a fridge or a coffee pot. Zero toilet paper or Kleenex. The room was disgusting, the floor was nasty. There were roaches and other bugs. The door lock was barely functioning. The bathroom was stained and gross. The toilet seat and toilet moved. Absolute joke and embarrassing to have to pay for that."

How do you, as a 4-5 story hotel, keep your elevator out of order?! My room had a broken, exposed piece of wood where they've tried to remove the curtains or something. My carpet was very worn. The stairwells - you HAD to use - were dirty. The breakfast was...ok. The whole place just screamed, "We're not terrible, so we're ok with very mediocre.""
