「A lovely country pub, with excellent, beautifully cooked food. The hosts are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Very dog friendly - we were able to have our Labrador with us when we ate in the bar. Bedroom quite small, but manageable. Situated in a really beautiful area, and within easy reach of Richmond, which is an interesting, historical town with lots to see and do. 」

「The small things we asked staff to do was undertaken without any problems. Restaurant staff and receptionists superb. My two concerns were lack of disabled car parking spaces, only three seen for 91 room hotel and swimming pool at hotel front due to rain. The latter appeared to be remedied day before we left.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Fox Hall Inn. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, good value for money, and the free continental breakfast (delivered to our room) was an added bonus! The staff were welcoming and attentive and it was the perfect stop off for a couple of nights whilst visiting Barnard Castle, about 10 minutes away by car. I think a car would be needed to reach the property, but I am unsure of the local bus service. A super hotel which we would use again and would...
